Jordyn Lungo '20 Recruiting Profile

I’ve been running track for almost 8 years now, and I started when I was 9 years old. Running has always been something I enjoy, in every sport I’ve played. The adrenaline you get during races is something that keeps you so fond of this sport. My life long dream is to run competitively in college, because I have no idea what I’d do without this wonderful sport in my life. I’ve been on varsity every year since I’ve start track. I’ve made it to state 2 out of my 3 years in High school so far, and I strive to get better every single day to go to state again my senior year. I run the 100m and 200m and I'm on both the varsity relay teams for those events as well. My school competes in 3A and we come across some tough competition, but we have made it extremely far every year. Mt. Spokane's Track team has an amazing team demeanor, and it has taught me what a team should truly look like.
