Jaquelyn Batiz-Olivas '26 Recruiting Profile

Hello, my name is Jaquelyn Batiz. I have been playing volleyball for 2 and a half years. Ever since I was introduced to the sport I fell in love with it. The feeling after winning a point, getting a ball up, the way the ball comes out of the setters hands, or the sweet pain you get in your hand after spiking the ball. Volleyball makes me who I am. I love being able to share these moments with my team and being able to push each other and lift each other up to not give up and keep fighting. I believe that I have the potential to play college, knowing  how intense it will become and the mental challenges to come with it, I pushed myself to learn every position so that I am ready for every moment and will continue to keep pushing to my full potential.
