Emma Biorn '25 Recruiting Profile

Hello coaches! My name is Emma Biorn and I am a Junior (23/24 school year) in high school at Mat-Su Central in Wasilla, Alaska and play high school volleyball at Palmer High in Palmer, Alaska. I play OH, DS, and my head coach is currently training me in setting. 

My love for volleyball began in kindergarten when I went to my first volleyball camp. I have consistently played since 4th grade and have a true passion for the sport. During my freshman year of high school, I played on the C-team and between my freshman and sophomore year I worked on and off the court to improve my skills, strength, and mental fitness to try and make the varsity team. My goals and determination payed off and I was a starter on varsity my sophomore year. 

I am dedicated off the court with my fitness, nutrition, and academics. I am planning on pursuing a career in nursing or medical sonography. My dream is to play college ball while pursuing my academic and career goals.

Fun Fact - I am ambidextrous, I am Left hand dominant, but play all sports Right handed.
