I have been playing volleyball for 5 years and from the first moment I stepped on the court, I knew I had found my passion. That passion continues to drive me to get better and improve in all aspects of life. This is why one of my biggest goals for college is finding a team that pushes me to improve and that I am honored to play on. Along with this goal, I also want to find a school with good academics and that is a good fit for me. From Kindergarten, I have always strived to do better in school and have always been willing to put in the time and effort it takes to maintain my straight-A grades. I believe that, while volleyball is very important, academics always come first. In both academics and volleyball, I am always practicing and working to improve. I believe that in order to improve you need to listen and aspire to get better. In order to listen effectively, I believe you need to have respect, not only for your teachers, coaches, and refs, but also your peers. I think that respect is the base foundation for any team, relationship or friendship.
