Although I’ve played a variety of sports, volleyball is my passion. I love the competition, the teamwork, and the relationships formed with coaches and teammates. I’m known for my hard work both on the court and in the classroom, and I can always be found putting in extra time outside of practice. As a natural leader, I’ve been voted captain on both my school and club teams.
My volleyball journey has included some obstacles, one of which was the death of a coach I was very close to. However, these challenges have only increased my love for the game and pushed me to strive harder to achieve my goals. I’m hoping to play at a college that challenges me both athletically and academically, and I would be honored if you considered me for a position!

- AwardsI currently maintain a 4.4 weighted GPA. In 7th grade, I participated in the Colorado Science Fair and was awarded the 2nd project in the state. Last year, the American Chemical Society awarded me as the top chemistry student from my school and I was selected to attend the Rocky Mountain Youth Leadership Conference. I am also in the National Honors Society and National Spanish Honors Society.
- ActivitiesI am involved in volunteer work at my church and other organizations, acquiring over 350 hours of community service in high school so far. Over the summer, I volunteer at a kids' camp and balance the schedule of working two jobs. I also enjoy singing in a choir at my school and serving as Class Treasurer on our Student Council. I like to experiment with photography, wakeboarding, skiing, and CrossFit in my free time.
