My goal for collegiate volleyball is to make an impact from year one. As a setter, I believe it is my responsibility to lead on the court and create opportunities for my teammates to succeed. My goals on the court will be to better every ball no matter the quality of the first pass, to do my best to make those around me better, and to work as a part of a team and not as an individual. After I graduate college, my goal is to coach volleyball. I want to coach middle school girls through those critical years and help them grow in skills and character. I also plan to start and own a small business in the form of a volleyball club.
My goal is to be one of the hardest workers on any team of which I am a part. I hold myself to a high standard of performance and results. I always look for things to work on in every aspect of my life. Good enough isn't good enough; I should only accept my best, and I live by the motto that "hard work will beat talent when talent won't work hard". My priorities in life are Christ, family, school, and volleyball!
