Belyssa Cruz '22 Recruiting Profile

    I am a very dedicated and determined player. I am always striving to improve my skills, physically and mentally as a player. I never fail to try to help my teammates when I notice that they are struggling or need the extra motivation. I always listen to my coach's feedback and try my very best to accomplish what they are teaching me.  I am respectful to my teammates and coaches and appreciate everything they do to help me as much as possible. I love the competition that the game brings and use the desire to win to push myself every day in practice.

    I am looking forward to playing at a collegiate level and challenging myself to be a better player overall. I have been playing volleyball since I was 8 years old and I am planning to continue prospering in the volleyball world. I love volleyball with a passion and want to keep playing it for as long as I am able to.  My goal is to work hard and have the opportunity to play for a college in the Division I program.  My dream has always been to succeed academically, play for a college, and win a championship.
