Entering my first year of high school, I realized that volleyball is an amazing sport I have come to love. I pray that I will be blessed to play on a collegiate level and pursue my dreams of becoming an obstetric gynecologist. Volleyball has helped me become a better communicator, exhibit leadership and coachable qualities, and persevere through tough times. I am a part of a medical program at my high school called HOSA( Health Occupational Students of America). HOSA is an international club that allows students to compete in occupational medical sciences. I led my team of four to win first place at regionals and competed on a state level twice. Volleyball and medical sciences are the best combinations for me.
