Katelyn Baxley '24 Recruiting Profile

At the age of 13 I started playing volleyball. I noticed a lot of my friends trying it out and realized it was something I wanted to do as well, since I was tall for my age. I immediately fell in love with the sport and the community. I am a great team player and care about my team very much. I love the family i gain when playing on a team. I am a people's person and can adapt well to new environments or new positions. I am always prepared to better my skill any way possible. I work hard at everything I do to strive to be the best. I have always wanted to play at the next level since I started playing sports. To me playing at the next level is a goal it's something I work hard for every practice and every opportunity I can.  As of school I aspire for honor roll. I am excited to see where my next path in life takes me.
