Hallie Taylor is my name and volleyball is my game. Education is always first in my personal opinion. I have always been an honors and straight-A student and my grades have always been held at a high standard by myself because I find joy in pushing myself to be the best I can be. My standard Is my motivation. The players who have played on the court before me is my motivation to play to that standard if not higher. I have trained at high levels and I trust in my training. Everything I do I believe in my teammates. Players get very few opprotunitues to be where collegiate athletes are so I take that, I go on the court and I love it, I enjoy it, and I do it the right way. I am very dedicated to this sport because it has taught me to be a leader and not a follower. You make your decisions on and off the court. Not only for yourself but for your teammates and how to accommodate to what is best for the team. Your team is all you have. The team has to be connected to be the best to play the best game and I devote myself to making that connection happen. Volleyball has shown much love to me and I want to return the favor by committing to a college right for me and my love for the sport. My plan is to find a college where I will major in Pre-Med to fulfill my dream of becoming an anesthesiologist. I am a 5’4 Libero and DS. That may seem small for a volleyball player, but I have just as much if not more passion, skill, agility, and work ethic than girls who have played the sport their entire lives. I strive to achieve great things in college such as becoming a more evolved player in volleyball to help and lead the team be the best they can be and graduating with what I need for my successful future.
