I was in middle school the first time I touched a volleyball, Coach Strothers was a tough, I didn't know what to expect and I didn't know at the time that I would become so passionate about the game. I am excited about my future, I look forward to playing at the collegiate level and being apart of a dynamic team.
As an only child being a part of a team means that I get to have nine or more sisters, bonding and putting our best foot forward together. Playing at the collegiate level offers so many opportunities that can be change my life, I am here for all of them.
I work hard and I play hard. l am that teammate who makes every effort to inspire the other teammates and set an example for them. I was just awarded the " Best Teammate" award by my High School Varsity Coach. I aim to be one of the hardest working player/recruit you'll find. I'm a very coachable, willing to learn both on and off the court. I work hard in my studies and keep up my GPA.
I aspire to be in a college environment that contributes to my growth personally, academically and athletically, where I can contribute to the betterment of the Volleyball team and ultimately to the school. I'm willing to consider all of my options in the hopes of finally finding the ideal college match.
My ultimate goal is to make my mom and the rest of my family proud, to be proud of myself and all of my accomplishments and become an excellent role model for my younger cousin and other young girls.
