Evelyn Khan '20 Recruiting Profile

I have been playing volleyball for 6 years and now playing at the collegiate level is the next goal in my volleyball career.  My love for volleyball began in elementary school when watching varsity volleyball games. I knew as soon as I watched them play, I wanted to be a part of that team dynamic. 

As a player, I constantly find ways to grow and improve to help my team become stronger.  I am able to maintain a strong mentality throughout tough and stressful situations, and I am always communicating with my team. I take any coaches advice seriously because I find it important as a player to be coachable and flexible.

In school, I push myself academically to keep my high GPA. I stay proactive with my work and ask teachers for advice so that I can balance volleyball and my education. 

Being apart of a collegiate team has been a dream of mine for years and I'm excited to see how I grow as a person on and off the court in the future.
