Personal Statement

Aloha! My name is Reese McDonald and I am a sophomore at Mid-Pacific Institute in Honolulu, Hawaii. Mid-Pacific prepares it’s students to make a positive impact in communities by contributing to our society as Innovators, Artists, and Individuals. My goal is to play college beach/indoor volleyball while receiving  a strong academic degree.  I am open to  both public and private universities on the west coast, mid west, or east coast. Volleyball has lead me to different opportunities to travel to California, Indiana, Florida, and Nevada. What makes me a strong candidate to an athletic program is I want to lead by example and improve everybody around me. I intend to be a vigorous, compelling, a positive impact to the team. I will keep conducting myself with aloha and confidence.

I hope to have the opportunity to play college volleyball in the near future! Mahalo

NCSA COLLEGE RECRUITING®

NCSA College Recruiting® (NCSA) is the nation’s leading collegiate recruiting source for more than 500,000 student-athletes and 42,000 college coaches. By taking advantage of this extensive network, more than 92 percent of NCSA verified athletes play at the college level. The network is available to high school student-athletes around the country through valued relationships with the NFLPA, FBU, NFCA and SPIRE. Each year, NCSA educates over 4 million athletes and their parents about the recruiting process through resources on its website, presentations of the critically-acclaimed seminar College Recruiting Simplified, and with Athletes Wanted, the book written by NCSA founder Chris Krause.
