My name is Abigail Quirin. I am a junior at Freeburg High School. I have been playing volleyball since I was 10 years old and have always aspired to play at the college level. My main position since sixth grade has been setter. I also enjoy playing defensive positions. I have enjoyed every minute of my volleyball career. I played for Midwest Fire Volleyball Club for two years. This year, I am playing for H2 St. Louis IL West.
My love for volleyball is unexplainable. I bring leadership and encouragement to the court everyday. I believe that a team is like family. Every member is important to the success of the team. I push people to strive to be their best. I was team captain both years with Midwest Fire and also all 3 years at Freeburg High School. I work hard at everything I do on and off the court. Education is a priority for me. I am very committed to my schoolwork. I hold a 5.0 GPA and work hard everyday to keep my grades up.
