Kelly Clinton '15 Recruiting Profile

Hi I am Kelly Clinton. I have been playing volleyball since fifth grade and since fifth grade it has been my favorite thing to do. I always try to work my hardest and never give up. I want to play in college, it is my passion and I could not ever give that up. Right when I started volleyball I knew that I wanted to play in college. Everyday when I practice, I work towards my goal to play in college. 

I am 5ft 9in and weigh 145lbs. I play outside, rightside and middle. Since I am able to play three different positions, I can hit different angles and adjust easily. This is my seventh year of club volleyball. Plainfield North High School is where I play school volleyball. As a junior I made varsity as a middle. We won regionals, the Mizuno Cup tournament, and placed high in other tournaments. 

School is my biggest priority because with out good grades, no volleyball. I have a 5.02 gpa and I am ranked 125/523. I have received honor roll. I have taken atleast two honors classes every year of high school. I have done various volunteer work over the years such as, working volleyball youth camps and feed my starving children. 

I am not honestly sure about what I want to major in. I am interested in physical therapy or sports med. Working with athletes or even just people in general would be awesome.
