Personal Statement

I am a very dedicated individual whether I am on or off the court. I have put many hours into the gym and have been told I am very coachable. I always strive to do and be the best that I can be! When I am not putting hours into the gym I am focusing on my studies. I work very hard to successfully balance my studies and volleyball. As an example, I have been able to achieve the Scholar Athletic Award (4.0 GPA during the volleyball season) throughout my high school seasons. I am also very caring and love children; I aspire to become a pediatric nurse. I am willing to do whatever it takes to accomplish my athletic and academic goals. The game of volleyball has brought me so much joy and many opportunities in my life. My confidence has risen so much over the years because of this game and my wonderful coaches who have molded me into the player/person I am today.
