Chloe Mason '19 Recruiting Profile

I would love to take a minute to tell you a little bit about myself. Not only my all time goal, but my biggest dream is to go to a division one school and play volleyball at the next level.  I do have some barriers in my way including the fact that I'm not exactly "division one height" according to some. However, that barrier to some, is just another reason that I work harder than everyone else, and never give up on myself or the people around me who want me to be successful.  I'd consider myself a good candidate for a team because I not only try my best to help my team succeed, but I feel like when someone isn't doing well I can boost their self esteem and get them going again.  I'd consider myself different from everyone else because I'm so determined.   I do whatever is possible to get a ball up no matter where it is on or off the court.  I'm just a really competitive person, and losing doesn't sit well with me, but, too, I understand you always have to bounce back.  I'm encouraging of my teammates at all costs because without every single player on the team, you can't win.  I've always cared about my grades, and wanted to do well in school.   I not only try by best on the court, but off the court and in the classroom as well because I want to be the best I can possibly be in the things I do.  Overall, volleyball is really something I love, and to play in college would feel like all of my hard work has finally paid off.
