Personal Statement
My name is Onahka Fuller and I am from Logan County, Kentucky, and I am very interested in taking my passion and love for volleyball to the next level! I am a very versatile player and posses the qualities of a strong leader both on and off the court. I am primarily an outside hitter but I have experience playing both middle and right side. I can also pass if necessary, as I have to do some in both club and high school ball. When I first started playing club for SKEVA 3 years ago, my vertical was only 18 inches. Since then I have worked hard to improve my jump and have increased my vertical by 10 inches! I am a student at Logan High School, a 2020 graduate, and a varsity player on the volleyball team. I am also a member of BETA club, and in our school that means you have to maintain a 93% average. I am part of our student council and also FBLA. Being involved in so many things while also maintaining my grades is a goal I set when I was little. To me, you have to be successful in the classroom in order to be successful on the court!
Volleyball is my life. The gym is my home. My teammates are my family. I have dedicated so much time and effort into the sport that I wholeheartedly love in hopes that I could fulfill my goal of someday playing in college. If you have any questions, feel free to email or call me !!
