Hello, my name is Amelia Peterson and I would love to be consider to play on your team. I am a driven and determined player and will do whatever is necessary to improve myself and my game play. I take criticism and what I’m struggling with as a challenge and use them to accomplish my goals. I believe someone can always better and improve themselves no matter how experienced, athletic, or educated they are. When I’m on the court I go after anything and everything I can. I go after the balls most players will not go after because every point matters. I play every game, set, and rally as though it is match point and this point determines whether my team wins or loses. Even when I’m on the sides lines I cheer on my team and provide them with uplifting energy to help them power through our game. I try and lift their spirits when they are low and help them whenever they need. I believe being a part of a volleyball team is not just being competitive but also being there for your team and helping each other improve their skills. I have played as a DS/L the majority of my seasons with the most recent one I played as a outside, but honestly I am just happy to play anywhere on the court. I can play any position my coach needs without any hesitation. I hope to be the addition to your team you are looking for and I hope to hear from you soon. Thank you.
