Alyssa Jasman '25 Recruiting Profile

I am Alyssa Jasman from Canton Michigan, I am a 2025 DS/L. I’ve been a playing volleyball for about 8 years now and I play for Canton High School varsity volleyball team and this club season for MiElite 17 Elite. I’m very passionate for volleyball and put 100% effort in everything. I’ve played a little bit of everything throughout my volleyball career but I fell in love with defense. I have always been defensive minded as was a dual sport athlete until I gave up being a goalie for travel soccer my 9th grade year to focus on volleyball. Ever since then I’ve absolutely loved playing all aspects of defense. I also train with one of the best coaches in Michigan,  Mayssa cook,  and I am so grateful she trains me and helps me get better every single day. Along with practicing for volleyball and volleyball training with Mayssa, I make time to work out to improve my physical capabilities and strength With Trinity Sports Performance.  In my spare time I coach for Mielite in their Academy program. I’ve been a captain for many different teams and I love to uplift my teammates and have fun doing it. My collegiate goals are to play at the highest level possible and continue my volleyball journey while obtaining my college degree.
