Julia Clare '26 Recruiting Profile

I am a 5'8" setter/outside from Auburn, Michigan. As a freshman and sophomore I was on the junior varsity team playing all around and subbing in for varsity as needed at Valley Lutheran High School. I am a very coach-able/ player that soaks up all criticism to become the best player I can be. I was named captain of my high school and travel team (Michigan Elite) making sure not to abuse that honor by being bossy, but instead communicating with my fellow players and encouraging them, making sure the gym was never quiet. 

Along with my stellar performance in volleyball I make sure to keep up that hard work in school with a 3.8/4.0 GPA. I am also taking the opportunity I was given to take college courses as a sophomore studying Medical Terminology. 

With all this I also compete in softball and basketball to keep in shape during the off season. I am a player that does very well under pressure making sure to always represent the team I am playing for in a positive light. All in all I think I would be the perfect fit for your team.
