Rebecca Tinkler '23 Recruiting Profile

I've been playing volleyball since 6th grade and absolutely love the sport! I have always been athletic throughout my life but volleyball was the sport I loved the most. When I'm on the court I am immediately zoned in and ready to play and be coached.  Being competitive is a big part of who I am when I'm on the court. I have experienced being cut from teams but I did not let that stop me or get my spirits down. Instead I focused on bettering myself and when tryouts came around for club I made it on the team. 

Improvement is always a goal of mine in volleyball as well as school. I always aim to get honor roll as well as maintain a high gpa. I have been lucky enough to be able to skip a grade of science in my school due to my academic abilities. I take pride in my academic as well as volleyball skills and my passion for the game.
