As a young volleyball player, my most important goal as of now is to continue my career in college. Getting that show-stopping dig, kill, or ace pumps immense amounts of adrenaline into my body and increases my love for the sport. However, my time and hard work put towards volleyball must also be balanced with my academics. Not only do good plays in volleyball make me content, circumstances in which I get an answer correct in class, or ace a test, is also extremely satisfying. I enjoy all subjects, but English has to be my favorite. Being on top of my school work as well as putting in extra work for volleyball really pays off in my eyes. I respect my classmates and teachers, and everyone around me regardless of race, religion, or disability. I like to take charge and be a leader. I am known for my loud cheering during games. I like to come on the court with a smile, and brush off everyone's mistakes as well as my own. All in all, I am very passionate towards my sport, my peers, and my school work, because I believe it's important my future is headed in the right direction.
