Jessica Schmitz '15 Recruiting Profile

Volleyball is a team sport that has to be played together and cannot rely on just one person. I believe that my commitment and positive attitude strongly resembles my personality. Everything I participate in comes with 100 percent effort no matter the outcome. My character represents how I approach both academics and athletics, because I give full potential to both. These are the most important aspects of my life, along with my family, and define the person I am today. The difference between myself and other candidates is my support. I have the best friends, family, school, and counselors that have my back in this process. Each support group will agree that I am willing to take on whatever challenges I have to face in order to achieve my goals, and I am so thankful for them all.
