Alesa Bolden '25 Recruiting Profile

I knew it was love at first pass, when I passed a volleyball for the first time when I was 10 years old. Ever since that day I have loved this sport and wanted to play it and love it until I can’t anymore. In this sport I have learned so much not just about volleyball skills but about life skills, teamwork, and how to balance between school and sports. My goals are to play my hardest and be the best volleyball player I can be, be a good teammate, and to make the ball better with each play I have. I have had my ups and downs with this sport but those are the reasons why I keep playing. Another of my goals is to one day play in the Olympics and become a coach so then I can teach the next generations of volleyball players how amazing the sport is.
