Taliyah Balladares '19 Recruiting Profile

Volleyball has always been a part of me since I first started at age 10. Although I've played many other sports volleyball has always been my number one. My future goal is to play volleyball at a college level as a dedicated and committed player and accedemically as well. My strengths in  life in all I do, is to always put all my effort and devote myself both off and on the court. Academically I always push myself to do better with my grades and my overall character even when it gets challenging. I have always learned that not everything comes easy so giving up is never an option to me. As a volleyball player the same rules apply, and giving it my all during practice and games really reflects on the way I perform. I believe being a coachable athlete and a team player comes from the way I was raised. Throughout my life I was taught to always be respectful to any one and everyone I encounter. Being raised with God in my life has always given me a perspective in what life has to offer. I am excited to see what the future will bring.
