Volleyball is no longer just a sport for me; it is a passion that has evolved to become an essential part of my identity. My commitment goes far beyond that of an extracurricular activity and the sport both shapes my character and fuels my determination. I began playing during the summer before my freshman year and I immediately felt an undeniable connection to the game. 

What I believe sets my dedication apart is not just the hours I spend practicing or the sheer number of games played, but the mindset I bring to every moment on the court. I consistently approach each opportunity to play with determination to improve, learn and contribute to the successes of my team. I will bring the same level of intensity and focus whether I am participating in a national tournament or a practice. My commitment extends beyond the physical aspect of the game, it is also about my mental resilience. I view every obstacle as an opportunity to grow and refine my skills, and I consistently emerge as a stronger player.  

My commitment extends to my lifestyle off the court as well. I prioritize my fitness, nutrition, and rest in order to ensure that I am both physically and mentally prepared to give the sport my all. 

I am a team player on and off the court ensuring my teammates always know my appreciation for them and what they bring to our team.

On top of this, I am able to produce quality schoolwork and continue to work towards my goals off the court. I have steadily gained an average of 95 and above throughout my highschool career and have a 4.0 gpa. 

I hope to continue my high level of education while playing the sport I love in college.
