I have been playing volleyball since I was in the 7th grade, and since I have started, I have been dedicated to become a collegiate athlete.
I am a skilled offensively and defensively as a player. I have an exceptionally high vertical and very hard driven attacks. I also have great court awareness and can locate the ball well in my attacks. I also am very skilled defensively and can read the ball well. I believe the mental aspect of the sport is just as important and I always strive to maintain the highest possible mental strength.
I am very motivated as an athlete and I rely on my coach’s teachings to guide me to the best version of myself. I am always striving for improvement and even received an award for most improved player in my junior year. I am also a very motivated person outside of volleyball as I am a good student with a high GPA and maintained employment throughout high school while maintaining high honor roll. I also have been playing volleyball in travel, grass doubles, private lessons, open gyms and at-home training during the off season. I play for Wallkill Senior High School’s Varsity team, and look forward to improving to play at the next level.
