Ainsley Porter '26 Recruiting Profile

Hi! I’m Ainsley Porter a Freshman at Fayetteville Christian School where I have a 3.89 GPA. My main position is middle hitter, but I also play DS. I have good ball control and consistent serves but I’d say I excel at blocking and digging. I’m not afraid of getting on the floor!  I pride myself on being a team player that strives to build up my team members and offer support when they need it. My attitude on and off the court shines through with positivity and humor which promotes strong bonds with my teammates. 

I’ve been playing volleyball since the 5th grade and knew the second I stepped on the court that I had found my passion. Volleyball has gotten me through some hard time and has always been my safe space. I’ve dreamed of playing volleyball in college for many years. I’m dedicated to continuing to work hard and fine tune my skills to play out my dream. Volleyball is my life and I can’t wait to see where it takes me.

I am hoping to study animal sciences, zoology, and/or biology with a goal to apply to veterinary schools to reach my ultimate goal of being an exotic animal vet.
