Laynee Wilson '26 Recruiting Profile

I am Laynee Wilson and I am a defense specialist and libero. I am currently a sophomore in high school and have been playing volleyball since the 5th grade. I have got very little experience with the club, but I mostly play with school teams. I can admit I am not the best, the tallest, or the strongest player but that doesn't stop my work ethic and my encouraging personality. I am a hard worker, ambitious, encouraging, kind, teachable, I make corrections, I don't look back on my mistakes, I try to have an amazing attitude, even when no one else has one. My academics overall are amazing with a good GPA, I study really hard and have a good student-athlete balance. I think I'd be a great asset for any team, and I'm going to work hard to earn my place on any team.
