I go out every day on the court thinking that I will be one of the hardest working kids in the gym.  All that matters is the size of my heart and how willing I am to get better and cheer on the players around me to do the same.  The day my doctor told me I was done growing, I looked back at my mom and said ‘It’s okay I may be 5’3” on the outside but on the inside I am 6’3” and nothing will stop me.”

I’ve played volleyball since 4th grade and I could not imagine not continuing to play in college.  I am always the loudest, most enthusiastic, positive and encouraging teammate on my team.  I try to be a leader and a role model on my teams and in the classroom.  My goal each day is to improve and make myself a better person, player and student than I was the day before.  I want to be the next scholar athlete that you develop.
