Hello.
I am Sofia Alondra Leόn González. I'm from Puerto Rico. I have many dreams but one of the biggest is to Play Volleyball in the United States for a University and to be able to complete my studies in Medicine. First in Chemistry and then enter a Medicine School.
I have been practicing Volleyball for 6 years and within my development as an athlete I consider myself to have obtained qualities that have helped me to improve as an athlete: one is to be highly competitive, that is, to always give my best, to be a leader and to have mental strength. In addition to being sure of myself, brave and determined. Able to face stronger adversaries and not show fear. With strong will. I like to be the soul of the team in all circumstances. I am responsible for giving the maximum effort in each ball. Do not let me bow due to adverse circumstances. Smart enough to maintain concentration and common sense during a game. Able to handle situations of great difficulty.
All this is not effective if it were not for the most important teamwork and being mentally resilient. But above all, knowing how to follow my coach's instructions. I liked being supportive for each of my teammates and knowing them athletically so that I could improve my performance, that of my team and teammates.
