Olivia Michel '19 Recruiting Profile

I began my passion for the sport of volleyball at the age of 11. As I child I grew up as a multi sport athlete, playing every sport that was available in my community. I always dreamed of playing one of these sports at a collegiate level.

I have had experience in every position on the court except for middle. I am a leader who leads by example and hard work. I am positive and energetic which can be encouraging to others. Along with this I am extremely coachable and am eager to learn more. I set goals and don’t stop working until I have achieved them.

In the classroom I study hard and maintain an average of 95% and above. In each separate class I maintain above a 90% or above. When I am not practicing, training or playing volleyball I am working hard on my academics.

I want to attend a college that can challenge me and bring out the strengths I have. I want to find the college that is the perfect fit for me where I can also strive to not only accomplish my academic goals but my athletic goals as well. I want to continue loving the sport of volleyball and make my family proud!
