I started playing competitive volleyball at the age of 11 and fell in love with the sport immediately. All of my coaches in the past have always had me playing all around the court and then I was moved to a setter. About 2 years ago I was moved to being a defensive specialist and absolutely fell in love with the back row. Ever since, I’ve worked hard to become a libero and right now I’m the libero for my club team. Being a libero has taught me to become a leader on and off the court. Playing for 4 years has showed me how much commitment, sacrifice, and being a teammate really means in the sport of volleyball. Playing at the college level has been a dream of mine ever since i started the sport. My work ethic and athletic ability helps me out a lot in being a libero.
