My name is Hallie Jo Arthur and I am from Simpsonville, South Carolina. I always strive for and expect the best of myself whether it be school, sports, or clubs that I am interested in. I love to learn about new opportunities and things that I can do to make myself a better person, classmate, friend, and teammate.
In volleyball I strive to become the strongest player I can be as well as making my team a happier and more encouraging environment. Friendships are important to me and without good chemistry and relationships volleyball can be challenging. I know from my own experience the teams that had a cohesive friendship always competed better.
My goal in life is to become a lawyer and graduate from an Ivy League Law School. I am willing to attend other universities if I was fortunate enough to be granted a volleyball scholarship.
I am a goal oriented person who is willing to put the extra time into practice and my school studies. Not everyone is willing to work hard, train hard, and practice hard to achieve their academic and athletic goals. I feel I am different than most in that I work extremely hard at both to make sure I put myself and my team in a position to win.
