Hi my name is Lainey Elizabeth Gromaski. My love for volleyball started in the 6th grade when I was asked to play on the junior high team since there wasn't enough people to play. My love and determination for this sport has grown tremendously over the years. At my school I play about all the sports I can do but none of them can beat my love and determination for volleyball. I play both High school Varsity as well as Club volleyball. During the summer time I enjoy traveling to all kinds of volleyball camps. I care very much for the different types of feedback different coach's have to give so I am able to modify my game to the best possible result. I love to block and for every game I thrive to get a good win. On the court I am uplifting but also serious for the game. I am a very coachable athlete who puts their 100% in everything they do, and are willing to give it all for the game. To play on a collage level is my biggest dream and I am willing to put in the work to fulfill that dream both academically and athletically.

- Baylor University Elite Skills Volleyball Camp 2023
- 1 year
- Elite Skills Camp gives athletes a taste of what it’s like to train and compete as a Baylor Bear. This fast-paced camp is designed to build on fundamental skills and help athletes get ready for upcoming school or club volleyball tryouts. Sessions will be led by the Baylor Coaching staff and run in the style and using the same drills and techniques used to train the Baylor Volleyball team. Players will experience the speed, excitement, competition, and style of a college practice.

- Each camp will target the camper's volleyball position and enhance technique simultaneously. Detailed skill training will be done so that campers can advance their skills and their strategic understanding of that position. Campers can advance volleyball fundamentals and learn new systems by targeting ball control and strategic understanding. Campers will improve their position specific skill levels and will play games in a tournament format that will help improve their overall play.
