Personal Statement

I am a 6ft 1in Right Side Hitter, and I am currently a freshman at Birdville High School in North Richland Hills, Texas and will be graduating in the Class of 2020. I was one of three freshman that was selected for the JV Team this season and am currently playing on the 16yr old Select Volleyball Team.

I have played volleyball since I was in second grade. In my seven years of volleyball, I have never lost interest in the game. I have dreamed of playing volleyball, at the collegiate level. I am looking for an institution where I can play volleyball and also get a superior education. I want to attend a university where I can utilize my athletic skills and prepare myself, so that I can be successful in life. I know that with my commitment, hard work ethic, and positive attitude, I can make an impact on any school's athletic team.
