I am a 5' 9" left handed setter/opposite playing for both The Woodlands High School, in The Woodlands Texas, and The Woodlands Wave 17 UA top team. I have been playing club ball since I was 8 years old. My family has always been very big into volleyball and I am the youngest, so I have grown up hitting a ball around from the start. My goal is to attend a great school that will allow me the opportunity to play volleyball for them. I love setting and being part of a team, but maintaining a good balance between academics and athletics is also very important to me. I feel one of my roles is to build up my team mates, so they can be the best they can be. I believe the setter needs to be a selfless player on the court and I view my biggest strengths as being determination, court awareness and a willingness to hit the floor in any situation. My goal is to play for a school where I can be valuable both on and off the court. Through training and hard work, I strive to be the best player, teammate and student I can be, which will hopefully lead to a great degree that will take me far in life:)
