For as long as I can remember, soccer has been a defining aspect of my life, and I have learned so much through this sport. It has taught me the importance of sacrifice, hard work, and perseverance in order to achieve my goals, and I hope that I can continue to learn with a ball at my feet as a collegiate athlete. Throughout high school, I have been able to lead a balanced academic and athletic life, achieving success both on the field and in the classroom. I have maintained a 4.0 GPA and am currently ranked 4th in my class at The Woodlands High School, and I have been a consistent starter for the Houston Dynamo Youth DA team for 3.5 years. I have also achieved recognition in high school soccer, contributing to a District Championship and being named to the All-District 1st Team during my Sophomore and Junior years. I strive to continue both my academic and athletic development at a prestigious university where I will be challenged to grow and mature as a student, an athlete, and a person as I begin the transition into the next phase of my life.
