Hello Coach.
My aspiration to play volleyball in college comes from my tremendous enjoyment of competitive athleticism. Starting with soccer and gymnastics when I was a young girl, to now volleyball, I have always enjoyed pushing myself physically to compete at a high level...and playing in college is the next phase of my athletic development. However, as noted by my club coaches, what distinguishes me from my peers is my ability to be a powerful, consistent, all-around hitter who has great reads at the net, as well as high energy and leadership on and off the court. This led my club coach to appoint me as a co-captain of my team, a position I am proud to have been honored with.
