Nevaeh McNew '25 Recruiting Profile

Hello Coaches! My name is Nevaeh McNew and I am a 2025 Libero and DS! 

I started playing volleyball in middle school as a way to stay fit and the more I played the more i fell in love. Volleyball has given me support, learning opportunities, and many friends. It is always been my dream to play at a high level of volleyball in college to not only push my self but to be a better problem solver and person.

As a student athlete it’s important I can find a college that will support me and be a home even if volleyball were to not work out. I am a player that knows the hardships of the mental game and though it used to set me back it know motivates and makes me better; I take pride in being the person you can look to for a laugh and I think it’s a trait to be proud of. 

I am looking for a high level of competition to improve as a person but a player too, I have lots to prove to myself and I hope to find a school great for my academics and a place to make great growth as an individual.
