I grew up in Washington with two older sisters who were always playing volleyball and helped me find my love for the sport and team aspect. Even though volleyball has always been my number one sport, I used to play basketball. I started playing for Athena Volleyball Academy in Oregon and ended up quitting basketball in high school to focus on volleyball. Like most, I have practice almost everyday, and on my off days I train at a facility called New Athlete. I have a passion for music so in my off time I love to play the piano and ukulele...I cannot sing though. I also like to let my creative side out by painting and making jewelry. However, my favorite thing to do outside of volleyball is definitely hiking (no matter the weather), being with my church group, and going to pretty sites (that often includes water and swimming) with my close friends. I attend Columbia River High School which is a great fit for me. Our high school team won districts and state for the 2A division, and was considered the "the most dominant team" VPS Game Time, had ever covered. I am a very dedicated student who loves science and wants to continue in science for their career. I am hoping to go into sports medicine to become a physical therapist, or become a nutritionist so that I can help people while still being passionate about what I am doing.
