Annalysya Gallardo '24 Recruiting Profile

My name is Annalysya and I am a junior at Hudson's Bay High School in Vancouver, WA. This year I also started the Running Start Program where I am able to take college courses at Clark Community College to count toward my high school credits and an AA degree. When I am not at school or studying, I am either practicing/playing with my variety volleyball team or with my club volleyball team where I play on the 17-2 team &  16-2 team or working. 

My college goals is to play volleyball at a 4-year University  while already having my AA degree , so I can focus on volleyball and my studies in the medical/psychology field. I have a deep passion to help others and make the world a better place. I am the daughter of a single  Hispanic mother who has taught me that when you follow your passions life does feel like work. This has molded me to be a hardworking and dedicated person which has been an asset in all faucets of my life especially in school and volleyball.   I love supporting my teammates even when the odds are against us. I am always willing to work harder and more importantly I learn from my mistakes and I never give up.
