Megan Owen '19 Recruiting Profile

I have always had a love for volleyball. Ever since the third grade when my sister would teach me in the yard how to pass and set. I played on the “A” team all through middle school and my love for the sport grew every year; on and off season. Freshman year I didn’t start varsity, but that is because I only play front row and the rotation we started in my sub was in the back row. I play varsity and jv, I played all around jv 2015-2016 and I don’t mind it because I have learned so much from it. My 2016 season was very successful. We had a very strong team and placed fourth at our state competition. 2017 I played varsity setter back row and middle front. 2018 season I also played setter back row middle front. I come from a very small town and currently play on Rock Springs Volleyball Club.
