Hello, my name is Fabienne, "Faye", Kudar and I am a Junior DS/Setter/Libero/Outside at Jackson Hole High School in Jackson, Wyoming, Class of 2021. I live with my parents Michael and Serese Kudar and I am the oldest of three. My goal is to play as a Libero or Defense Specialist as I do my undergraduate studies for a Business degree. My parents are teaching me the importance of having a good education, how to work toward reaching goals, to be an observer and always a learner, and to believe that anything is possible if you put your mind and body to it. It was in 6th Grade when I was first introduced to the sport of volleyball. My coaches see me as a well rounded leader and have encouraged me that with good coaching, a consistent practice, and year round conditioning, I have every chance as the next player to play volleyball at the college level. My family has a history of NCAA student athletes who have inspired me to take control of my athletic career. The most influential person who encouraged me to to begin the recruitment process early was my cousin, Halle Harker. She is a graduate Libero from Arizona State University who ended her college career in 2017 with 2029 digs, placing her 2nd in line for the most digs in for ASU history. To accomplish my goal to be recruited to play for a NCAA II or III women's volleyball program, it will take hard work and determination both on and off the court for the next three and a half years. I couldn't be more excited! During the school year (alongside my 3.285 GPA), I condition for volleyball up to 4 times a week, practice on the court up to 8 hours per week, and travel playing for Jackson Hole High School and Jackson Elite Volleyball Club. This summer, I will continue to touch the ball as much as possible, condition four days a week, practice two days a week, and work for Stio Clothing for 20 hours a week. Why would you want me to play for you? I am a good listener. I am a coachable, smart player who reads players and the court well. I am focused. I am strong. I am determined. I play consistent. I do not have much room for excuses. I lift people up. I am prepared. I am always ready. I practice how I play. I am dedicated 110% to my coaches and teammates.
I will keep my upcoming schedule posted with pool play, court assignments, and game times at best for coaches to stop by to watch me in action on the court. I look forward to meeting you my junior year.
Have a great spring recruitment,
Faye Kudar
