Dawson McConnell '25 Recruiting Profile

My name is Dawson McConnell, and I am currently a junior at Lincoln Community High School. I am one of the four Varsity Wrestling captains and I take this opportunity with great honor and respect. By being in this leadership position, I have gained very useful skills such as maintaining high team morale, personal responsibility, and integrity. My collegiate goals are to continue to improve my skills and techniques at wrestling with the help of good teammates and strong coaching. My academic goals are still undecided at this point in time, but I know that I would like my avenue to be in landscaping. I have had experience in the landscaping career, as I have held a job with By Design Landscaping for 3 years. It is something that I have become very passionate about and look forward to pursuing a career in that area.
