Personal Statement
I was born in the northwest suburb of Chicago, Downers Grove, (DuPage County), Illinois. I was raised in Nashville, Tennessee and Castle Rock, Colorado. I have family roots deep in Tennessee and Illinois with traditional family values on hard work so I take no short cuts on the field!
I am a Division I talent with great potential and a love for the game . As a highly motivated and coachable talent, I have spent a couple of my eligible years at a the Jr. college level ( 2.4 GPA) and then transfer into a Division I University program!!
As a 5'7 running back, what I lack in height I make up with great NEXT LEVEL SPEED!!
I'm a very agile and patient runner while I have to ball in my hands! I have great hands as well but there is always room for improvement to take my craft to the next level.
As a running back, I can be used in a variety of ways in a spread offense due to my very good footwork.
I was a key player on special teams for return kicks and punts.
Being fast and nimble, I can(have) also play(ed) slot for big offensive play potential.
I've spent the last couple of years at the JC level as a grayshirt. I've learned one of life's biggest lessons pretty early, "you've got to do what you don't want to do today, so that you can do what you want to do tomorrow." Life's thrown me a couple of curve balls during this time that caused me to mature faster than I might have. When life gives you lemons my mom has always told me to add some sugar and make lemonade. I've chosen not only to make lemonade but to cherish every drop of it as I drink it!
