Brian Olshanski '15 Recruiting Profile

My name is Brian and I am a Junior at Mountain Lakes High School in Mountain Lakes, NJ.  For as long as I can remember, it has been my dream and desire to play college football.

 This past season, as a testament to my hard work and conditioning, I started on both sides of the ball at both outside linebacker and tight end.   Recording 6 sacks, 3 forced fumbles, and 1 interception on the year, I was one of the key players throughout our 12-0 state finals run.  I received recognition as both all-conference and all-county. Also, I have been listed on the McCarthy Report as a top 10 recruit in the state of New Jersey for the class of 2015 and listed as the #1 Outside Linebacker in the state. As a sophomore, I started at outside linebacker on our state-finalist team, contributing in a big way throughout the season. I played Varsity and JV as a freshman at Pope John High School in Sparta.

My goal is to play Division I or Division I-AA football, however I would be open to talking with all division levels.  Wherever I go, I personally guarantee that I will not be out-worked, as I consider my work ethic to be one of my strongest attributes.

Off the field, I compete in the classroom as well. Attending a top ten public high school, I currently have a 4.4 GPA, and I excel in both honors and AP classes. I aspire to play for a school that is strong in both academics and athletics.
