Austin Kent '11 Recruiting Profile

I am a highly motivated, extremely hard-working and very conscientious student athlete with a passion for football. Currently I am a Freshman attending Laney Junior College in Oakland, CA. I am happy to say that my hard work , determination and drive has earned me the role of starting quarterback. My goals and aspirations have remained constant since beginning high school -- I want to be part of a great university football program at the highest possible level that will demand both excellence on the field as well as in the classroom and have a positive and influential impact on my life after college. I am an NCAA Qualifier and currently have a 3.6 GPA at Laney Junior College. My preference would be to transfer to a 4-year university before the Spring of 2013 in order to become integrated into my next football program as soon as possible.  I am willing to consider universities in any location in the country.
