Personal Statement
I love being a part of a team. I love knowing that someone is trusting me and I can have their back through any situation. I want to see myself succeed but i also want to bring others up for them to succeed. I want to be successful without my parent's help to prove to myself that I am willing to work. I am a good candidate because I am willing to sacrifice myself for the team. I am the guy waiting for the coaches to open the weight room so I can help the team. I am the guy who calls people at seven in the morning asking them if they are going to show up for the team. We all know that the season is written in the offseason. What makes me different than other recruits is that I matured faster than a lot of people. My parents did not have the time for me to be a kid. They wanted me to act like a gentlemen and do my laundry even before kids brought their clothes down to their parents. Also what makes me different is my knowledge in football. I know what every lineman has to do for the play to succeed. It is important to know the opponent you are going against inside and out. By finding their weakness I can use that to my advantage. My parents hold high expectations of me and I refused to let them down. My parents demand me to do good in school that is why I am 30 out of 443. Sometimes, that is still too low in their minds, so I am talking 7 AP classes next year. It does not help that my mom teaches at my school, but that pushes towards my goal of playing college football with a great life after.
